In today's footwork, i kept tellin myself that if i want to improve, i'll have to move faster even though i am exhausted. It worked, i was able to mive faster, however, not for very long. I realised my stamina was dropping, and that i have to do more running. After that,i paired with Jin Guo to play a doubles match with Darrell and Choon Seng.We are not allowed to lift in the first 4 shots in every point. After 4 shots, we can play the game normally. This was to train us not to lift always, we have to look for opportunities to net or tap.

In today's footwork,i was not able to do it fast enough, i realised that i was quite lazy as i did not push myself nowadays. After that, we did dropshot, my dropshot was not bad today, i can control my strength to hit the shot so that it does not move to fast or too slow. I also managed to raise my hand higher to hit the shot as i have a habit of putting it down at all times.After that was lobbing, although i have enough strength to hit it 3/4 of the court, my shots were not very accurate. I have to remind myself to hit it straight and the face of my racket should be facing at the shuttle and not cutting it diagonally.

Today, we did almost the same physical exercises like Tuesday. I wasn't very tired after doing all these movements as i was the day before.After that, we did multiple, i have to pair up with someone to do the doubles multiple. I paired with Jun Hong. My smashing was not too bad as i can react in time to hit the shot in front of me. Our cordination was not good, this leads us not knowing who will take the shot next. When i am in front, i must not take the shot if it passes my shoulder. My tapping was better today as i managed to use my wrist to tap it down.

Coach was late today so we did footwork ourselves. Later, coach teamed me with Yi Hao to play against Kuan Ren and Ju Kai. We lost the first set as we did not cordinate well, eg. when Yi Hao lob i did not square, and when i smash from behind Yi Hao did not come in front to tap.In the second and third set, we finally did better by hitting more acurate shots, i was confident with my shots that i will be able to hit it, therefore the shots will go pass the net. In the end, we won the game.In this game, my tapping was not very good as i always tend to tap the shot out. Coach told me to use my wrist to tap it down, and not my whole arm.

We did lots of physical exercises today. I found out that my stamina was not high enough and i became tired easily. This was probably because i have negleted training my stamina by jogging outside my house. This has also affected my play during badminton as i cannot keep up for long.Coach was timing us for some physical activities. This was beneficial as we can set a goal and complete it faster the next time. Miss Tew then told us about achieving our goals. My goal is to do our very best in the upcoming tournament and make it the the semifinals.

As usual, we started with footwork. Today our training is more on stroking, my smashing was not good as i did not use much strength. Apart from that, i did not hit it at the highest point. My dropshot was not too bad today as i can raise my hand higher and hit the shot in front of me. As i was sick for the past few days, coach asked me not to push myself too hard for this training. I did netting with Yi Hao, i realised my netting wasn't good enough as i my position of the racket was wrong. And because of this, most of the shot did not go over.

Coach did not come today so we had team event plan by us.I paired with dannell and play with joshua and choon seng. We won both sets. This is because we kept hitting to their backhands knowing that they are both left handers. My dropshot has improved today. I can drop to both sides without letting it go out, although my shots were quite high, they may be the cause of not hitting it high enough. Another thing that gave us many points was after we serve, we lob to the back and squared, when a smash came, we tapped it easily.
